The results of the Population and Housing survey show that individuals considered to have a low and very low degree of satisfaction according to the living conditions index are in their majority (64.3 percent) individuals who have never been to school. The same is true of deprived individuals who constitute 67.3 percent of illiterates, 52 percent of those who can only read and write, and 75.4 percent of all children in the age group 6-9 years not enrolled at school. In contrast, 78.4 percent of individuals with a high and very high degree of satisfaction have a higher education, and 67.3 percent are university graduates.
