While UNDP Press Releases are issued in Arabic to the local media institutions, the events are generally held in other languages; i.e. English & French, alongside Arabic. Needless to say, all UNDP events are meant to receive exposure on the national level, and by providing this information on this website in English the UNDP seeks to raise awareness of Lebanon's development progress on the international scene as well.
