Background
The purpose of this project is to strengthen the capacities in the Ministry of Justice in order to achieve a more accountable, equitable, effective and human rights based administration of justice.

Achievements & Expected Results
-Formulation of Policy Paper based on:
A comprehensive assessment of the administration of Justice.
Identification and Analysis of areas for judicial reform, with an emphasis on the needs of vulnerable groups and women.
-Training of student judges on a Human Rights Based approach to Justice (Workshops and study tours).
-Launching of MoJ official Website
-Publishing of a Directory of the services done at the MoJ and the Commercial Register.
-Purchase of an email exchange server and implementation of a unified email for all judges.
-Expansion of the E-Library database.
